Editorial policy

Every guide page has one job and a date. The date is the day we last compared the sentences with a source. The same date is written into the sitemap.

What counts as a source

First: PocketHaven’s site, rocketgoal.io, the App Store, and Google Play. Second: a store or portal page the studio actually uses, such as the CrazyGames channel page. Third: Wikipedia or a studio news post for Rocket League facts. A random guide site is not enough for a number.

When two pages disagree, we keep the studio page. The rocket-goal.io key table disagrees with CrazyGames, and the body of that site looks generated, so we do not use it for controls.

What we refuse to fill in

We omit unverified match clocks, rank tiers, unlock prices and filter-bypass steps. Advice is labeled as editorial practice, not a studio claim. We do not publish invented first-person play sessions. Version notes are matched to their version and date in the store HTML rather than guessed from flattened text.

Corrections

Email [email protected] with the URL and the source. We change the sentence and the updated date together. We do not buy reviews, and we do not print a star rating of our own.

Questions

Who writes the pages?

The carsoccer.net editorial desk. The byline in the structured data points at this site, not at PocketHaven.
