Start with three pages
Read the how-to if you have never scored. Read the controls if the car will not boost. Read tips after you can hit the ball on purpose. Maps are a separate problem, because a lot of "car soccer maps" searches are really about Rocket League workshop maps, not RocketGoal arenas.

Are these guides for every car soccer game?
The key table is for RocketGoal. Rocket Soccer Derby and Rocket League use different boost and jump keys. Those differences are called out on the controls page.
