Car soccer system requirements
There is no single spec sheet, because "car soccer" is more than one game. The browser game, the phone app, and Rocket League ask for different machines.

Browsers Unity names
Use an up-to-date Chrome, Firefox, Safari on macOS, or Edge. Unity lists engine support from iOS Safari 15 and Android Chrome 58; these are engine thresholds, not a guarantee that every game feature works or a recommendation to use obsolete browsers. Rocket Soccer Derby is separate and Poki marks it desktop only.
The 20 GB figure is available storage in the Rocket League store minimums, not a verified current download size. Steam no longer sells the game to new users; use the Epic Games Store for a new PC installation. Apple lists RocketGoal as compatible with an M1+ Mac but not verified for macOS.
Questions
Will a Chromebook work?
If its Chrome build has WebGL 2 and WebAssembly, it is inside the browser column. PocketHaven does not publish a Chromebook model list.
Do I need a controller?
No for RocketGoal. Steam recommends one for Rocket League. A controller is supported on RocketGoal, without a published button map.
